This Website is a marketing and sales channel only. We do not develop, host, or operate the Edcafe AI platform. Our role is to:

Provide information about Edcafe AI to educators and institutions worldwide, with a primary focus on the U.S. market.
Process Edcafe AI annual license purchases — either through our online checkout or via a quote and invoice process for larger orders.
Provide trial access arrangements for prospective customers, through our partnership with Inknoe.
Direct customers to the Edcafe AI platform for all product use.

Once your license is activated, you will access and use the Edcafe AI platform directly at app.edcafe.ai. Your use of the Edcafe AI platform is separately governed by Inknoe's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies. We strongly encourage you to review these before using the platform.

Licenses and Purchase

License Type
All licenses sold through this Website or via our quote process are annual licenses. An annual license grants access to the Edcafe AI platform for a period of one (1) year from the date of activation. Licenses do not automatically renew. Upon expiration, continued access to the platform requires the purchase of a new annual license.

Purchase Methods
We offer two purchase methods depending on the size and nature of your order:

A.  Online Purchase (Stripe)
Individual or small-team licenses may be purchased directly through this Website using our online checkout, powered by Stripe, Inc. You will receive a license confirmation and activation details upon successful payment.

B.  Quote and Invoice Process (Enterprise / Large Orders)
For larger orders — including school-wide, district-wide, or multi-seat purchases — we offer a quote and invoice process. To initiate this process, please submit a Request a Quote form on our Website.
The process works as follows:

You complete and submit the Request a Quote form on our Website, selecting the desired products and quantities.
Upon submission, a system-generated Proforma Invoice (PI) is automatically issued to you by email, serving as a formal quotation that includes all relevant payment details.
If you agree to the terms set out in the PI, please sign and return it to us. Your signed return of the PI constitutes confirmation of your order.
A formal Invoice will then be issued for your records.
License activation will be arranged following confirmation of payment receipt.

Quote-based orders are subject to the same license terms described in these Terms of Service.

Billing
For online purchases, you shall provide accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, billing address, and valid payment method. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc.

For quote-based purchases, billing terms and payment deadlines will be specified in the issued invoice. Failure to complete payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the order.

Fee Changes
We reserve the right to modify license fees at any time. Any fee changes will not affect licenses already purchased. Updated pricing will be displayed on this Website and communicated in any new quotes issued after the change takes effect.

Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, annual license fees are non-refundable once a license has been activated and access to the Edcafe AI platform has been granted. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To submit a refund request, please contact us at ocean.chang@edcafeai.com.

Note: Any refund policy relating to the Edcafe AI platform itself is governed by Inknoe. Please refer to Inknoe's Terms of Service for details.

Free Trial
Thinkbrew Edtech may, at our sole discretion, offer prospective customers a free trial period of the Edcafe AI platform. Free trials are arranged by us through our partnership with Inknoe. The trial provides access to the Edcafe AI platform for a limited period, subject to the following:

Free trial availability, duration, and scope are determined by us and are subject to change without notice.
Trial access is provided through the Edcafe AI platform operated by Inknoe, and your use of the platform during trial is subject to Inknoe's Terms of Service.
A free trial does not obligate you to purchase a license, and does not obligate us to continue offering trial access.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial arrangements at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website created by Thinkbrew Edtech — including text, graphics, and marketing materials — is our property or that of our licensors. The Edcafe AI platform, its features, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Inknoe Pte. Ltd.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to the Edcafe AI platform's intellectual property beyond the license to use the platform granted by Inknoe upon license activation.

The performance, uptime, or availability of the Edcafe AI platform.
Any changes Inknoe makes to the platform, its features, or pricing.
Any data, content, or results generated through your use of the Edcafe AI platform.
Any disputes arising from your use of the Edcafe AI platform itself.
